摘要

将正硅酸乙酯在pH=8~10 的条件下水解形成的SiO2 包覆于纳米ZnO的表面制备SiO2/ZnO复合材料,以降低纳米ZnO的光活性.将天然药物黄芩苷(BA)包覆在SiO2/ZnO表面制得BA/SiO2/ZnO复合材料,使其兼具紫外屏蔽性能和抗氧化功效.通过Zeta电位、TEM、UV-Vis、FT-IR、TG和XRD等方法对制得的材料进行表征.结果表明,SiO2 以Si—O—Zn键的形式结合在纳米ZnO表面,适宜包覆量为20%;药物BA是以无定型的形式包覆在SiO2/ZnO表面,最佳包覆量为20%.抗氧化性实验结果表明,BA/SiO2/ZnO复合材料对DPPH自由基和·OH自由基的清除率与维生素C接近.防晒性能测试结果表明,BA/SiO2/ZnO复合材料具有优异的紫外屏蔽能力.

Abstract

SiO2 formed by the hydrolysis of ethyl orthosilicate at pH=8-10 is coated on the surface of ZnO nanoparticles to prepare SiO2/ZnO composites to reduce the photoactivity of ZnO nanoparticles.BA/SiO2/ZnO composites are prepared through coating natural drug baicalin(BA)on the surface of SiO2/ZnO,which gains both UV shielding properties and antioxidant efficacy.The fabricated composites are characterized by means of zeta potential,TEM,UV-Vis,FT-IR,TG and XRD.Results show that SiO2 is bonded in the form of Si-O-Zn bonds on the surface of nano ZnO,and the suitable coating amount is 20%.Baicalin,in the form of an amorphous form,is coated on the surface of SiO2/ZnO,and the optimal coating amount is 20%.Antioxidant experiments show that BA/SiO2/ZnO composites have similar scavenging rates for DPPH radical and·OH radical to vitamin C.Sunscreen performance tests show that BA/SiO2/ZnO composites exhibit excellent UV shielding ability.
