污水中四环素类抗性基因的深度处理研究进展

四环素类抗生素在养殖、医疗行业的大量使用对细菌造成了持续的选择压力,导致四环素类抗性基因(tetracycline resistance gene,TRGs)在环境中广泛分布;多种TRGs被列为Ⅰ级环境风险等级,严重威胁人类健康和生态安全.污水处理厂(wastewater treatment plants,WWTPs)是TRGs的重要储存库,同时也是消减抗性基因的重要途径.总结了WWTPs中TRGs的赋存特征,对比分析了常规处理工艺,重点探索了新型深度处理工艺,以期为进一步有效去除TRGs和全面防控抗生素抗性基因污染提供参考.
The extensive use of tetracycline-series antibiotics in the breeding and medical industries has caused continuous selection pressure on bacteria,resulting in the wide distribution of tetracycline resistance genes(TRGs)in the environment.A variety of TRGs are classified as Class Ⅰ environmental risk,posing a serious threat to human health and ecological security.Waste water Treatment Plants(WWTPs)are an important reservoir for TRGs and an important pathway to eliminate resistance genes.The occurrence characteristics of TRGs in WWTPs are summarized,conventional treatment techniques are compared and analyzed,and novel advanced treatment techniques are mainly explored,aiming to provide a reference for further effective removal of TRGs and comprehensive prevention and control of antibiotics resistance genes contamination.
