摘要

为提高聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为聚结材料时的除油效果,构建了脱脂棉(Cot)和超疏水PTFE分层叠卷(Cot+超疏水PTFE)的规整异质聚结材料.结果表明,PTFE 作为聚结床层时,出水油浓度为 220 mg/L,超疏水 PTFE 的出水油浓度为155 mg/L,PTFE的超疏水改性提高了其聚结性能;Cot+超疏水PTFE的出水油浓度为55 mg/L,进一步提升了除油效果;Cot+超疏水PTFE在最佳床层长度100 mm、孔隙率0.883 时,品质因子可达39 kPa-1,出水中几乎不存在粒径大于10 μm的油滴,床层有效处理了分散油及乳化油,且在 12h长周期运行中稳定保持94.5%的除油率.

Abstract

In order to improve the oil removal efficiency of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as a coalescing material,a structured heterogeneous coalescing material with Cot and superhydrophobic PTFE layered rolls(Cot+superhydrophobic PTFE)is constructed.Results show that the oil concentration in the effluent is 220 mg·L-1 when PTFE is served as the coalescence bed,and that is 155 mg·L-1 when superhydrophobic PTFE is used as the coalescence bed.The oil concentration in the effluent is 55 mg·L-1 when Cot+superhydrophobic PTFE is used,which further improving the oil removal efficiency.As the optimum bed length for Cot+superhydrophobic PTFE is 100 mm and the porosity is 0.883,the quality factor reaches 39 kPa-1.There is almost no oil droplet with a diameter larger than 10 μm in the effluent.In addition,it can maintain 94.5%of oil removal rate during 12 h of long cycle operation.
