摘要

采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析技术,明确了各金属活性组分铜、钼、锌、银在ASZM型浸渍活性炭中的具体存在形式,分析了干燥处理过程中活性炭表面官能团对各金属组分的还原情况,指明了干燥处理温度升高会增大活性炭表面官能团对铜组分的还原程度,进而降低浸渍炭的防护性能,为ASZM型防护浸渍活性炭的性能提升和广谱、高效浸渍活性炭的创新发展提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract

Specific existence forms of active metal components,such as copper,molybdenum,zinc and silver,in ASZM-type impregnated activated carbon are determined via scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The reduction of various metal components by functional groups on the surface of activated carbon during the drying process is analyzed.It is clarified that the higher drying temperature will rise the reduction degree of copper components by the surface functional groups of activated carbon,and further reduce the protective properties of impregnated activated carbon,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of ASZM-type impregnated activated carbon and innovating the development of broad-spectrum and efficient impregnated activated carbon.
