摘要
采用纤维素一步法制备了乙醇酸,分别考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、初始O2 压力对纤维素制备乙醇酸反应的影响;利用液相色谱法对产物中乙醇酸含量进行了表征.研究发现,当微晶纤维素用量为0.5 g、磷钼酸水合物催化剂用量为1.05 mmol、H2O用量为50 mL、初始O2 压力为 0.2 MPa、反应温度为 180℃、反应时间为1h时,乙醇酸收率最高,达到47.0%.
Abstract
Glycolic acid is synthesized from cellulose via one-step method,and the synthesis process is optimized.The influences of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and initial O2 pressure on the synthesis of glycolic acid from cellulose are studied.The content of glycolic acid in the product is characterized by means of liquid chromatography.It is found that the yield of glycolic acid reaches 47.0%,the highest when the dosages of microcrystalline cellulose,phosphomolybdic acid hydrate catalyst and H2 O are 0.5 g,1.05 mmol and 50 mL,respectively,initial O2 pressure is 0.2 MPa,reaction temperature is 180℃and reaction time is 1 h.
