热催化Co2加氢制乙醇催化剂的研究进展

Research progress on thermal catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 to ethanol

在"碳达峰、碳中和"背景下,CO2捕集、封存与利用技术已成为一大研究热点,其中热催化CO2加氢制乙醇是实现Co2转化为高价值化学品或绿色燃料的一种有效途径.近年来,将CO2加氢转化为乙醇已经取得重大突破,但因为CO2具有稳定的化学性质以及后续复杂的链增长过程,导致乙醇选择性低、副产物多等问题.概述了 CO2加氢制乙醇的研究进展,对贵金属催化剂、过渡金属催化剂、串联催化剂、金属有机框架催化剂、负载型催化剂、金属碳化物催化剂以及沸石类催化剂进行了讨论,并且阐述了 CO2加氢制乙醇的反应机理.
Under the background of"carbon dioxide emissions peaking and carbon neutrality",the CO2 capture,storage and utilization technologies have become a highlight research topic.CO2 hydrogenation to ethanol is an effective way to convert CO2 into high-value chemicals or fuels.In recent years,the hydrogenation of CO2 to ethanol has made many great breakthroughs.Because of the stable chemical properties of CO2 and the subsequent complex chain growth process,the selectivity of ethanol is low and many by-products are generated.Herein,the research progress in hydrogenation of CO2 to ethanol is reviewed,along with the corresponding noble metal-based catalysts,transition metal-based catalysts,tandem catalysts,metal-organic frameworks catalysts,supported catalysts,metal-carbide catalysts and zeolite catalysts.The reaction mechanism of CO2 hydrogenation to ethanol is also described.
