摘要

针对SiC纳米线气凝胶在制备及应用方面的研究进展,总结和分析了不同先进SiC纳米线气凝胶的制备工艺对其微观结构及性能的影响,包括化学气相沉积法、模板生长法、静电纺丝法和3D打印法;归纳比较了不同制备工艺的优缺点;阐述了近年来碳化硅纳米线气凝胶作为高温隔热材料和电磁吸波材料的应用现状及研究进展,并对未来研究前景提出展望.

Abstract

;Based on the research progress in preparation and application of SiC nanowire aerogel,the influences of various advanced preparation processes on the microstructure and properties of SiC nanowire aerogels are summarized and analyzed.The involved preparation processes include chemical vapor deposition,template growth,electrospinning and 3D printing methods.Their advantages and disadvantages are summarized and compared.The application and research progress of SiC nanowire aerogel in high temperature thermal insulation and electromagnetic wave absorption in recent years are also reviewed.Research prospects in the future are put forward.
