摘要
从力学性能、阻隔性能和抗菌活性等方面出发,综述了壳聚糖/纤维素、壳聚糖/淀粉、壳聚糖/果胶等壳聚糖基复合膜在食品包装中的研究进展,为壳聚糖基复合膜的研究提供了参考.
Abstract
A summary is presented about the research progress on the application of chitosan/cellulose,chitosan/starch,chitosan/pectin,and other polysaccharides in chitosan-based composite film for food packaging.The mechanical properties,barrier properties,and antibacterial activity of the film are analyzed,aiming to provide a reference for future research in this field.
