摘要

城市公园建设过程中产生大量的绿化废弃物,是潜在的绿色生物质资源.利用预处理技术破坏绿化废弃物复杂致密的木质纤维素结构并将液体部分直接发酵生产微生物油脂,能够有效实现绿化废弃物的高值化利用.结果表明,圆红冬孢酵母在350 W反应6 min的微波预处理液中长势更佳,累积生物量达1 536.67 mg/L,总糖利用率为85.16%,酵母中油脂质量分数最终稳定在21.44%,其基本性质参数符合大多数生物柴油的标准.该联产模式实现了绿化废弃物向酵母油脂的定向转化,整体流程短、操作简便,为进一步开发利用绿化废弃物生产生物油脂的工艺路线和进行绿色生物制造提供了有力的支撑.

Abstract

The construction of park cities has generated a large amount of green waste,which is a potential green biomass resource.Using pretreatment technology to destroy its complex and dense lignocellulose structure and directly fermenting the liquid to produce microbial oil can effectively achieve the high-value utilization of green waste.The results showed that the Rhodosporidium toruloides grew better in the microwave pretreatment solution reacted at 350 W for 6 min,with an accumulated biomass of 1 536.67 mg/L,a total sugar utilization rate of 85.16%,and a final stabilized lipid mass fraction of 21.44%in yeast,whose basic property parameters met the standards of biodiesel in most regions.This cogeneration model will realize the directional conversion of green waste to yeast lipid,and the overall workflow is short and simple,which underpins the further development of converting green waste to biolipid in industrial practice for a green biomanufacturing.
