摘要
为制备相变温度适宜、潜热值大、性能优越的空调相变蓄冷材料,采用CaCl2·6H2O-25%MgCl2·6H2O为空调蓄冷基材,添加丙三醇和乙醇作温度调节剂,成功制备了一种新型有机-无机共晶空调蓄冷材料(PCM);利用DSC与高低温交变箱测试了新型蓄冷材料的相变潜热值与相变温度.以SrCl2·6H2O与SrCO3作成核剂,经过100次热循环实验发现新型复合PCM未出现相分离,具有良好的热稳定性.
Abstract
A new type of organic-inorganic co-crystalline cold storage material for air conditioner,a composite phase change material(PCM)with appropriate temperature,large latent heat value and excellent performance is successfully prepared by using CaCl2·6H2O-25 wt%MgCl2·6H2O as cold storage base material,as well as glycerol and ethanol as temperature regulators.The material's latent heat value and phase change temperature are tested by means of a DSC and a high-low temperature alternating box.It is discovered that the novel composite PCM made with SrCl2·6H2O and SrCO3 as nucleating agents has not appeared phase separation after 100 times of thermal cycling tests,showing good thermal stability.
