市政污水处理厂重金属冲击后活性污泥的重建方法与调控策略

摘要
西南城市某一市政污水处理厂遭受高浓度重金属冲击后,通过增加曝气量和投加碳源等方式干预并未实现出水水质达标,活性污泥絮体完全解体,因此执行生化池活性污泥重建.对生化池清池、活性污泥接种和驯化过程进行了详细介绍,可为我国污水处理厂应对类似环境事件提供有效借鉴,快速实现污水厂活性污泥系统重建和出水稳定达标.
Abstract
After suffered impact from high concentration of heavy metals,a municipal sewage treatment plant in a city of China adopted some rescue measures,such as increasing aeration rate and adding carbon sources,to deal with the impact but cannot achieve the goal of qualified effluent quality.The floc of activated sludge is disintegrated completely.Therefore,the plant decides to reconstruct the activated sludge for biochemical tank.The details in cleaning biochemical tank,inoculating sludge and sludge domesticating process are described.It can provide an efficient reference for sewage treatment plants to cope with similar incidents.Finally,the plant realizes rapidly the reconstruction of activated sludge system and stable effluent compliance.
