生物柴油在柴油机上的应用研究

摘要
为验证生物柴油在柴油机上的适用性,在不改变柴油机内部结构的前提下,分别考察了 0号车用柴油D100和生物柴油BD20(BD100与D100按质量比1:4调合而成的生物柴油)作为燃料时对柴油机润滑性能的影响,期间对润滑油各项指标进行了监控,并在试验结束后进行拆机检查.结果表明,润滑油中混入生物柴油BD20后不利于其抗磨性能和抗氧化性能,一方面表现在发动机运行过程中润滑油磨损金属元素含量和氧化值的增加,另一方面表现在拆机后活塞清净性变差.因此,使用生物柴油有加大发动机磨损、严重时导致喷油嘴堵塞的风险.
Abstract
To verify the applicability of biodiesel in diesel engines,the influences of using D100 diesel and BD20 biodiesel(blending BD100 and D100 in a mass ratio of 1:4)as fuel on the lubrication performance of the diesel engines are investigated without changing their internal structure.During this experiment,various indicators of the lubricant are monitored,and the diesel engines are disassembled for inspection after this experiment.Results indicate that the addition of BD20 biodiesel in lubricant is not conducive to the wear resistance and antioxidant performance of lubricant.On one hand,it is manifested that both the content of worn metal elements in the lubricant and the oxidation value of the lubricant increase during the operation of the engines.On the other hand,it is observed that piston cleanliness deteriorates after disassembling the diesel engines.Therefore,the use of biodiesel may cause the engine to wear out,and lead to fuel nozzle blockage in severe cases.
