摘要
采用偏硼酸锂于950℃熔融样品,冷却后用盐酸溶解提取定容,选择Si发射波长251.6 nm为最佳分析谱线,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定有色金属矿中二氧化硅的方法.结果表明,二氧化硅在线性范围内的标准曲线相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.32%.对4个国家一级有证标准物质中的二氧化硅进行分析,测定值均与认定值相符.该方法准确度和精密度均满足地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范(DZ/T 0130-2006)的相关要求.
Abstract
Lithium metaborate is melted at 950℃ and then dissolved in hydrochloric acid to extract and set the volume.By selecting Si 251.6 nm as the best spectral line,a method is established for the determination of silicon dioxide in non-ferrous metals ore by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.Results show that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of silicon dioxide in the linear range is 0.999 9,and the detection limit is 0.32%.Silicon dioxide in certified reference materials at the national level is determined according to the experimental methods,the accuracy and precision of this method can meet the requirements of DZ/T 0130-2006.
