摘要
助产士是妇女、儿童健康保驾护航的关键角色，也是保证优生优育、落实生育政策的必要条件。本文总结了党的十八大以来，助产专业发展取得的巨大进步以及现阶段助产领域存在的不足，结合国务院发布的《中国妇女发展纲要（2021—2030年）》和《中国儿童发展纲要（2021—2030年）》，为我国助产专业未来的发展方向做出规划，期望对助产专业的内涵式发展起到一定的推动作用。 Midwives play a key role in protecting the health of women and children, and are also a necessary condition to ensure sound birth and child rearing and implement the birth policy. This paper summarizes the great progress made in the development of midwifery profession since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the shortcomings in the field of midwifery at this stage, combined withthe Outline for Women' s Development in China (2021-2030) and theOutline for Children' s Development in China (2021-2030) issued by the State Council. This paper also makes a plan for the future development of midwifery in China, hoping to play a certain role in promoting the connotative development of midwifery.
