Objective To construct a nursing quality evaluation index system for phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation of patients undergoing selective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),providing a basis for evaluating the nursing quality of cardiac rehabilitation. Methods Based on the theoretical framework of the three-dimensional quality structure model of"structure, process and outcome",a preliminary draft of the nursing quality evaluation index system for phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation of patients undergoing selective PCI was developed through literature review. From June to August 2022,16 experts were selected for two rounds of expert consultations to determine the content of the indicators. Results In two rounds of expert consultations, the effective response rate of the questionnaire was 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.88,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.162 and 0.211(P<0.01),respectively.The final nursing quality evaluation index system for phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation of patients undergoing selective PCI included three first-level indicators, seven second-level indicators, and 41 third-level indicators. Conclusions The nursing quality evaluation index system for phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation of patients undergoing selective PCI constructed is scientific and reliable, which can provide a basis for evaluating the nursing quality of cardiac rehabilitation.
