摘要
糖尿病足已成为全球公共健康问题的沉重负担之一,人工智能作为一项具有变革性的新兴技术,其精准、智能、高效的优势可以弥补传统糖尿病足风险评估、监测与管理的不足.本文综述人工智能在糖尿病足风险预测模型、创面图像分析、智能穿戴设备方面的应用现状,分析在技术壁垒、数据质量及人才短缺方面面临的挑战及建议,旨在为人工智能在糖尿病足领域的临床实践应用提供参考.
Abstract
Diabetic foot has become one of the heavy burdens of global public health problems.As a revolutionary emerging technology,artificial intelligence has the advantages of accuracy,intelligence and efficiency,which can make up for the shortcomings of traditional risk assessment,monitoring and management of diabetic foot.This paper reviews the application of artificial intelligence in risk prediction model of diabetic foot,wound image analysis,and intelligent wearable devices,analyzes the challenges and suggestions faced in technical barriers,data quality,and talent shortage,so as to provide a reference for the clinical practice of artificial intelligence in the field of diabetic foot.
