摘要
操作性疼痛是指以医疗卫生保健为目的，因医疗诊断、治疗、护理等操作给患者带来的急性、短暂性疼痛。本文对虚拟现实技术在成人操作性疼痛中的应用进行综述，包括操作性疼痛与虚拟现实技术的相关概念与镇痛机制、虚拟现实技术在减轻成人操作性疼痛中应用现状，并分析了虚拟现实技术在临床应用中的不足与展望，以期为医疗护理实践提供指导。 Procedural pain refers to the acute and transient pain caused by medical diagnosis, treatment and nursing for the purpose of medical health care. This paper reviews the application of virtual reality technology in adult procedural pain, including the related concepts and analgesic mechanisms of virtual reality technology and procedural pain, the application status of virtual reality technology in reducing adult procedural pain, and analyzes the shortcomings and prospects of virtual reality technology in clinical application, so as to provide guidance for medical nursing practice.
