Objective To develop the Expert Consensus on Standardized Construction of"Convenient Injection Centers"for Anti-tumor Subcutaneous Preparations(referred to as the"Consensus").Methods The initial draft of the Consensus was formed through a systematic search of domestic and foreign literature,combined with clinical experience.The content of the Consensus was revised and improved through organizing experts to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultations and one expert argumentation meeting.Results The Consensus consisted of 10 parts,including equipment and facility management,personnel management,clinical pathway,quality management,infection prevention and control management,key points for clinical administration of anti-tumor subcutaneous preparations,occupational protection,adverse reaction management and handling of sudden changes in the condition,health education and follow-up management,and information technology construction.Conclusions Based on existing evidence and combined with clinical expert opinions,the Consensus standardizes the construction of"Convenient Injection Centers"for anti-tumor subcutaneous preparations,which has strong reference value and guiding significance for clinical practice.
