摘要
人工智能技术作为第四次工业革命的主要技术近几年受到广泛关注.本文汇总了近年来人工智能在癌症患者安宁疗护领域的相关研究,对其应用进展与目前存在的问题做了系统性的回顾与分析,重点介绍了机器学习与自然语言处理等人工智能技术在安宁疗护中应用于预测癌症患者并发症及生存期、分析癌症患者安宁疗护需求与偏好、监测癌症患者躯体与心理状态、减轻照护负担的情况,以期为癌症患者的安宁疗护工作提供参考.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence technology,as the main technology of the fourth industrial revolution,has received widespread attention in recent years.This paper summarizes the research on artificial intelligence in the field of hospice care for cancer patients in recent years,and provides a systematic review and analysis of its application progress and current problems.This article focuses on the application of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing in hospice care to predict complications and survival of cancer patients,analyze the needs and preferences of cancer patients for hospice care,monitor the physical and psychological status of cancer patients,and reduce the burden of care,in order to provide reference for the hospice care of cancer patients.
