Clinical practice guideline for care of cancer patients in last days of life:a protocol

摘要
为提升肿瘤患者生命最后几天(濒死期)的照护质量,亟须构建指南提供规范和指导.《肿瘤患者濒死期护理临床实践指南》严格遵循世界卫生组织标准版指南制定步骤,证据分级与推荐意见采用GRADE及CERQual方法学,参照指南研究与评价工具(AGREE Ⅱ)标准和国际实践指南报告规范条目(RIGHT)制定指南报告清单的条目.本指南计划书主要介绍构建临床问题和选择结局指标、证据检索、推荐意见的产生等指南制定过程.
Abstract
It is urgent to establish guidelines to provide norms and guidance for improving the quality of care of cancer patients in last days of life(agonal stage).The Clinical Practice Guideline for Care of Cancer Patients in Last Days of Life strictly follow the Handbook for Guideline Development of the World Health Organization,and the evidence grading and recommendation opinions are based on the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)and Confidence in the Evidence from Reviews of Qualitative research(CERQual)methodologies.The items on the guideline report checklist were developed in accordance with the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation(AGREE)Ⅱ and the Reporting Items for Practice Guideline in Healthcare(RIGHT).This guideline protocol mainly introduces the process of developing guidelines for constructing clinical problems and selecting outcome indicators,evidence retrieval,and generating recommendation opinions.
