摘要
共情疲乏在失能老人家庭照顾者中普遍存在,严重影响照顾者与被照顾者的身心健康与生活质量.本文从失能老人家庭照顾者共情疲乏的概述、测量工具、现状、影响因素、干预措施等方面进行阐述,以期提高社区护理人员对失能老人家庭照顾者共情疲乏的关注,为进一步开展国内相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Compassion fatigue is prevalent among family caregivers of the elderly with disabilities,which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of both caregivers and care recipients.This paper provides an overview of compassion fatigue among family caregivers of disabled elderly,covering the outline,measurement tools,current situation,influencing factors,and interventions.In order to increase the attention of community caregivers to the compassion fatigue of family caregivers of elderly people with disabilities,and to provide a reference for further related research in China.
