Reasonable transitional care for patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)after discharge can reduce their readmission rate,alleviate their pain and family burden.This article reviews the"Internet+"transitional care in patients with SCI from the aspects of the demand,implementation way,care content,effect and suggestions of"Internet+"services.The purpose of this article is to explore the prospect of transitional care for patients with SCI,and provide reference for improving the construction of Internet platform and the quality of home rehabilitation of patients with SCI.
