Design of the Key Scheduling Method of Packaging Production Assistant System Based on the Internet of Things
For the future development trend of packaging and printing industry, designs the manufacture assistant system based on the Internet of Things. By intellisense and handling of equipment, products and production processes, achieves total processing delay optimization and task scheduling method for optimizing the total cost. Simulations and field experiments indicate the total production and processing delay optimal scheduling methods and the validity of the total cost optimization scheduling approach for their optimization goals.
