Traditional methods assume that transportation scheduling pro-cess without dairy food quality and safety risks, but they actual existence. Researches and analyzes the transportation scheduling process risks factors, investigating the transportation scheduling risk evaluation system, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to detailed forecast the transportation scheduling process risk and builds the transportation scheduling processes risks of predictive models. And points out the open research problems.
