Research on the Optimization of Experimental Teaching Environment for Geomechanical Parallel Numerical Computation
The integration of numerical experiments with conventional mechanical experiments constitutes an innovative experimental teaching method. With the existing parallel computing resources at Center for Geomechanical Numerical Simulation,Northeastern University, students can take the advantage of parallel computers and finite element analysis software to solve a variety of large-scale geomechanical numerical problems. On the other hand,it lays a solid foundation for them to develop their own parallel computing programs in the future.Studies different approaches to optimize the experimental teaching environment for large-scale geomechanical parallel numerical computation, with which has made remarkable achievements.
