炼厂装置设备腐蚀速率预测算法的研究与应用

随着炼制各种高酸值和高含硫量的劣质原油比例的增加,炼厂装置设备的腐蚀较以前有明显的加剧。应用灰色系统理论对腐蚀数据进行分析,提出腐蚀预测算法,建立灰色预测模型,并对预测模型进行改进,提高预测模型的精度。对预测算法进行实现,成功应用到炼厂装置设备腐蚀综合分析系统中。应用效果表明,该算法可以有效分析腐蚀趋势,有助于制定合理的检修周期,保障设备的安全运行。
Research and Application of Refinery Plant Equipment Corrosion Rate Prediction Algorithm
As a variety of high quality crude oil refining ratio acid value and high sulfur content increased, the corrosion of refinery plant equipment is more serious than before. Analyzes the corrosion data by gray theory, and proposes the predicted algorithm. Establishes a gray predic-tion model, improves the model to increase the accuracy of prediction. Implements the algorithm and applies it in the refinery plant e-quipment corrosion comprehensive analysis system. Application shows that the trend of corrosion is efficiently analyzed by the algorithm, and it can help to make a reasonable plan of maintenance and guarantee the safe operation of the equipment.
