摘要

在构建远程教育学习者学习评价指标体系的基础上,利用层次分析法确定远程教育学习者学习评价指标的权重,基于模糊理论对学习者学习的效果进行定量评价,此评价方法科学地评价远程教育学习者的学习效果,有利于提高远程教育质量,具有一定的可行性。

Abstract

Based on the construction of distance education learners learning evaluation index system, uses the distance education learners learning e-valuation index weight to determine by the analytic hierarchy process method, and learners learning effect is quantitative evaluation by the fuzzy theory. This evaluation method scientifically evaluates the distance education learners' learning effectiveness, which is beneficial to improve the quality of distance education and feasibility.
