双师视角下提升高职教师企业挂职实效性的思考

摘要
专业教师下企业挂职锻炼是提升高职院校教师实践技能与培养双师素质的重要途径。但当前在教师挂职锻炼中的诸多问题，影响挂职锻炼的实效性。从培养双师的视角，对企业挂职的运行管理机制与评价等问题进行分析，探索提升专业教师挂职锻炼实效性的可行方案。
Abstract
Professional teachers' secondment for getting experience from enterprises is an important method for teachers in higher vocational colleges to improve their practical skills and cultivate the quality of"double-role teacher". But the effectiveness of this project is affected by a few problems occurred in the process. Analyzes the management, evaluation and some other questions are in details, proposes and some prac-tical solutions of improving the effectiveness of getting experience from enterprises.
