摘要
为了解决目前实习支教过程中存在的各种问题，强化师范生实践教学，加强学生实习支教过程中指导教师的指导作用，促进师生、生生交流，加大对支教学生的管理力度，充分利用优质资源，促进实习支教活动的开展，更好更全面提高师范生的教师专业能力，介绍如何利用网络教学平台中的网络课程来开展各项实习支教指导与管理活动。
