基于IHS变换的彩色图像融合方法

提出一种基于IHS变换的彩色图像融合方法。以红外图像与彩色可见光图像为例,将RGB空间模型的彩色可见光图像进行IHS变换,可得到I、S、H三个分量图像。再分别对红外图像和I图像进行多分辨率变换得到高频子图像和低频子图像,分别对高频子图像、低频子图像采用采用合适的融合准则进行融合,对融合后的子图像再进行多分辨率逆变换后得到新的亮度分量Inew,最后将Inew与H、S分量图像通过IHS逆变换转换到RGB空间,得到融合彩色图像。仿真实验证明,该方法可得到良好的融合效果。
The Algorithm of Color Image Fusion Based on IHS Transform
Proposes a color image fusion algorithm based on IHS transform. For example, infrared and color visible image, the RGB space model of visible images are decomposed into I ,H and S component of the image using the IHS transform. Then input infrared and I component of image are decomposed into a series of low frequency and high frequency subband by using multi-resolution transform tools. The low fre-quency subband coefficients and high frequency subband coefficients using the appropriate fusion rules. The new image of I new is obtained by taking inverse multi-resolution transform of the fused coefficients. At last the fusion color image is obtained by taking inverse IHS transform of the Inew, H and S component of the image. Simulation results show that the algorithm based on the IHS transform obtains a good fusion effect.
