数字界面人机交互过程复杂性来源研究

摘要
交互过程作为用户交互行为的集合，以中介的形式连接系统设计与用户体验。数字界面完成精确信息交换，交互过程的复杂性是不可避免的。以交互过程本体为研究对象，从用户行为和系统设计两个维度，对交互过程中的现象进行分析，并提出交互过程复杂性的三个主要来源。
Abstract
Interactive process is the set of user's behavior;it connects to the system design and user experience as a form of mediation. To make dig-ital interface to complete accurate information exchange, so the complexity of interaction process is inevitable. Studies the ontology of in-teractive process, analyses the phenomenon of interactive process from the two dimensions of user behavior and system design, and pro-poses three sources of interactive process complexity.
