摘要
揭示我国中医医联体领域的研究热点,为中医医联体建设的可持续发展提供建议.采用文献计量学、共词和聚类分析法,对中医医联体领域相关研究进行可视化分析.当前中医医联体领域研究热点主要有分级诊疗、双向转诊、互联网远程医疗、医疗资源整合、健康扶贫、效果评价.通过可视化分析发现在作者、机构合作网络、机制建设、效果评价方面还存在不足,后期应加强进一步研究.
Abstract
To reveal the research hotspots in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical consortium in China and provide suggestions for the sustainable development of TCM medical consortium.Literature metrology,co-word analysis,and clus-tering analysis were used to visualize the research in the field of TCM medical consortium.The current research hotspots in the field of TCM medical consortium mainly include hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,bidirectional referral,internet-based tele-medicine,integration of medical resources,poverty alleviation through healthcare,and effectiveness evaluation.Through visualiza-tion analysis,it was found that there are still deficiencies in authorship,institutional collaboration network,mechanism construc-tion,and effectiveness evaluation,and further research should be strengthened in these areas.
