Design and implementation of land and real estate tax base benchmark price management system
In order to achieve the goal of digitizing and standardizing the management of tax benchmark prices in land and real estate transactions,in response to the problems in the management of land and real estate tax benchmark prices,the main func-tions,system use case diagrams,and main status diagrams of the land and real estate tax benchmark price management system were analyzed and designed.The system was implemented through the lightweight J2EE framework SSH.The system mainly includes five major parts:system management,data collection management,data operation and maintenance management,data audit man-agement,and application query system.The system is easy to operate,use,and maintain,meeting users'usage habits,effectively improving the fairness and rationality of tax prices in land and real estate transactions,and improving information sharing.It has good demonstration and application promotion value.
