新一代天气雷达PUP产品共享应用系统设计与实现

针对四川省气象预测预报业务对雷达PUP产品的需求,基于气象大数据云平台"天擎·四川"系统和气象数据统一服务接口(MUSIC)设计并实现了新一代天气雷达PUP产品共享应用系统.研究设计了四川省在内西南区域的新一代天气雷达PUP产品原始数据的实时收集、解码分析、加工处理,把雷达PUP产品同国家基础地理信息数据进行实时叠加显示方案,最终基于WebGIS技术实现雷达PUP产品在Web页面上的共享应用,为精细化天气预报、人工影响天气、专业气象服务等气象业务提供更准确、直观的雷达单站和拼图的展示.
Design and implementation of the next-generation weather radar PUP product sharing application system
For the meteorological forecast business in Sichuan Province,based on the meteorological big data cloud platform"Tianqing·Sichuan"system and the Meteorological Data Unified Service Interface(MUSIC),a new generation of weather radar PUP product sharing application system has been designed and implemented to meet the demand for radar PUP products.The re-search designs real-time collection,decoding analysis,and processing of raw data for the next-generation weather radar PUP prod-ucts in the Southwest region,including Sichuan Province.It proposes a real-time overlay display scheme of radar PUP products with national basic geographic information data.Ultimately,it utilizes WebGIS technology to achieve the shared application of ra-dar PUP products on Web pages,providing a more accurate and intuitive display of radar single station and mosaic for meteorologi-cal operations such as refined weather forecasting,artificial weather modification,and professional meteorological services.
