智能仓储物流移动机器人任务协同调度方法研究

考虑到多个机器人任务冲突较大,为此设计了一种智能仓储物流移动机器人任务协同调度方法.规划机器人多任务协同调度路径,构建智能仓储物流移动机器人任务协同调度模型,将多个移动机器人看作多个智能体,并利用机器人的状态、动作、奖励描述任务执行情况,不断调整与优化调度模型,排除传统算法中的中心控制思想.协调物流移动机器人任务协同调度冲突,解决物流移动机器人调度过程中的相向冲突、节点冲突、追赶冲突问题,避免调度任务碰撞、系统死锁等问题.通过仿真实验验证了该方法的调度效果更佳,能够应用于实际生活中.
Research on the task collaborative scheduling method of intelligent warehousing and logistics mobile robot
Considering the significant conflicts among multiple robot tasks,an intelligent warehouse logistics mobile robot task collaborative scheduling method was designed.Plan a multi task collaborative scheduling path for robots,construct an intelligent warehouse logistics mobile robot task collaborative scheduling model,view multiple mobile robots as multiple intelligent agents,and use the robot's state,actions,and rewards to describe task execution.Continuously adjust and optimize the tuning model,elimi-nating the central control concept in traditional algorithms.Coordinate logistics mobile robot task coordination scheduling conflicts,solve the problems of directional conflicts,node conflicts,and chasing conflicts in the logistics mobile robot scheduling process,and avoid scheduling task collisions,system deadlocks,and other issues.The simulation experiment has verified that the schedul-ing effect of this method is better and can be applied in practical life.
