Design and implementation of special disease data acquisition system based on natural language processing
This paper analyzes the requirements that the data standards are not uniform and the unstructured data can not be directly used in the collection stage of the special disease data.The natural language processing model is designed as the core tech-nology to solve the difficult problems of data collection.At the same time,the plug-in system architecture is used to develop and implement the data collection system.It provides an efficient digital tool for the scientific research team to carry out special disease research work,and obtains good management benefits in practical work,which provides basic support for data utilization.
