With the advent of the information age,all walks of life are using the Internet platform to publicize and promote their own characteristics or service projects.Xijing College has a history of nearly 30 years,and its campus culture is gradually en-riched.Through the use of Java technology,the campus culture of Xijing is promoted through the Internet,so that more people can understand,enter the culture of Xijing and recognize Xijing culture.Based on the theory of software engineering,this paper ana-lyzes the demand and function of Xijing campus culture promotion system.Using Java+MySQL+SpringMVC technology route to achieve,the forum module,cultural world,Xijing spirit,Xijing food,Xijing school history and other modules to integrate,so that more people through the network platform into Xijing,understand Xijing,spread XiJing.At the same time,it also makes the busi-ness card of Xijing culture spread in cyberspace.
