Collecting data on the comments of the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-Bright City,and quantitatively analyzing the com-ment text using Nvivo and Gephi software.Based on three development stages,three evaluation levels,and six comment time peri-ods,comments were grouped and described,and high-frequency keywords and keywords co-occurrence networks were analyzed and compared.Through online comment text mining and analysis,in order to provide reference for optimizing and improving the service level of Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-Bright City.
