高职院校实验室安全巡查网格化管理系统设计与实现

针对高职院校实验室数量多、危险源多、安全管理制度异化大等问题,设计一个适合实验室安全巡查的网格化管理系统.系统通过对用户角色管理、危险源信息管理、安全巡查管理、问题整改管理等功能的设计,实现了对实验室安全巡查工作的信息化、专业性、规范化、网格化的管理.系统在我校85间实验室应用以来,为我校实验室的安全管理工作节省了25%管理人员,提高问题整改效率50%.实践表明:该系统有效地提高了实验室安全巡查的质量和效率,更加符合高职院校实验室"分类规范建设、分级安全管控"的要求,有利于探索、加强和创新实验室安全管理工作新模式.
Design and implement of grid management system for laboratory safety inspection in higher vocational colleges
In view of the problems in higher vocational colleges,such as a large number of laboratories,many dangerous sources,great alienation of safety management system and so on,we should design a grid management system suitable for labora-tory safety inspection.Through the design of user role management,hazardous information management,safety inspection manage-ment,problem rectification management and other functions realized the information,professional,standardized and grid manage-ment of laboratory safety inspection.Since the application of the system in 85 laboratories in our school,it has saved 25%of the management staff and improved the efficiency of problem rectification by 50%for the safety management of our laboratory.The practice shows that the system improves the quality and efficiency of laboratory safety inspection effectively.It is more in line with the requirements of"classified standard construction,hierarchical safety management and control"of laboratories in higher voca-tional colleges.And it is helpful to explore,strengthen and innovate the new mode of laboratory safety management.
