摘要

设备是工厂生存与发展的重要工具,通过对设备的有效维护与管理,确保设备的完好.保持设备的良好状态是工厂能够创造一流效益的重要条件,所以工厂对于生产设备的监测尤其看重.页面在Vue的支持下采用ECharts这种图表的形式将实时检测到的设备点位值,转为直观的查看点位值的趋势,更清晰直观地传递给工厂管理者,帮助其预估设备故障发生频率及时间,为工厂的发展提供了坚实的基础.

Abstract

Equipment is an important tool for the survival and development of the factory,through the effective maintenance and management of the equipment,to ensure the integrity of the equipment,to maintain the good condition of the equipment is an important condition for the factory to create first-class benefits,so the factory attaches special importance to the monitoring of pro-duction equipment.With the support of Vue,the page adopts the form of ECharts to turn the equipment point value into the trend of point value,and pass it to the factory manager more clearly and intuitively,so as to help them estimate the frequency and time of equipment failure,and provide a solid foundation for the development of the factory.
