工业组态IDE软件平台化方法研究

国产化浪潮下,各厂家纷纷投入到国产组态IDE软件的研发中,而组态IDE软件研发周期长、研发成本高,且目前市面上的组态软件都是封闭式管理,无法在各领域通用,用户无法直接扩展组态软件功能,各厂商的组态产品也无法进行无缝数据交换和集成,造成了不必要的重复劳动和开发成本,阻碍了国产工控软件健康生态圈的形成.针对此问题,提出了一种平台化方法,该方法将独立的组态IDE应用软件转变为可扩展、可定制和可集成的组态软件开放平台,以满足不同行业的业务需求,并以CodeWise组态IDE软件为例,展示了该方法的实际应用效果,证明了该方法的可行性.
Research on the platformization method of industrial configuration IDE software
Under the wave of localization,various manufacturers have invested in the development of domestic configuration IDE software,but configuration IDE software often has a long development cycle and high development costs,and configuration software on the market is managed in a closed manner currently,which cannot be universally used in various fields,and users can-not directly expand the functions of configuration software,at the same time,the configuration products of each manufacturer can-not be seamlessly exchanged and integrated,resulting in unnecessary redundant of labor and development costs,this problem hin-ders the formation of a healthy ecosystem of domestic industrial control software.In order to solve this problem,a platformization approach is proposed,which transforms independent configuration IDE application software into a scalable,customizable,and inte-grable configuration software platform to meet the business needs of different industries.The article takes CodeWise software as an example to show the practical application effect of the method and prove the feasibility of this method.
