With the abolition of provincial toll stations on highways,the nationwide highway toll"one network"operation has been implemented.The provincial clearing and settlement center system,which undertakes important functions such as data aggre-gation,billing management,and clearing and settlement,is the brain of the provincial network toll collection and the core of the na-tionwide"one network".Based on the analysis of requirements,Ningxia Clearing and Settlement Center combines with the techni-cal architecture framework model to study the construction plan of the disaster recovery system,aiming to achieve high reliability,high availability,and 7×24 hours uninterrupted service of the provincial clearing and settlement center system.
