Analysis of image perception and optimization advises of Guizhou 5A scenic-spot based on online comments
Through the network acquisition software for Guizhou province 5A scenic-spot online comments in this article,us-ing Python language calculation words frequency top 100 high frequency vocabulary visualization,while all the comments for posi-tive and negative emotion classification,then through the LDA model mining positive and negative themes,and positive and nega-tive themes and image perception analysis categories,the study found that tourists in Guizhou 5A scenic-spot overall evaluation tend to positive emotion,but in the entertainment consumption,infrastructure and service management has obvious negative emo-tions,so put forward corresponding optimization suggestions and advises for further solve the negative emotion.
