The application of redundant technology in NASPIC
redundancy is a means to improve the reliability of the system,by adding repetitive components or steps to improve the fault tolerance and stability of the system.By adding additional functionality or backup to critical technologies and critical com-ponents,redundancy technology ensures that a system will continue to function when a single or multiple components fail.Through the application research of redundancy technology in the Nuclear Advanced Safety Platform of I&C(NASPIC),the concept,classifi-cation and principles of redundancy design of redundancy technology are introduced,and the core architecture,operation mecha-nism and functional characteristics of NASPIC platform are described.By analyzing the application scenarios of processor redun-dancy,workstation redundancy and communication redundancy in NASPIC platform,the application effect of redundancy technol-ogy in NASPIC platform is summarized.
