基于计算机视觉的扇贝分级系统设计研究

为了实现扇贝自动化分级,研究过程以计算机视觉技术为基础,设计出相应的分级系统.将扇贝的颜色和轮廓特征作为分级依据,运用RGB颜色模式采集单通道色彩信息,先后经过图像滤波处理和二值化处理,再进行边缘检测和扇贝测量,根据等效圆直径大小完成分级.运用计算机视觉库OpenCV实现此次设计的视觉识别算法,对20个扇贝进行分级试验,结果显示,与人工实测相比,计算机视觉分级系统的准确率达到95%,显示出良好的实用价值.
Design study of scallop grading system based on computer vision
In order to realize the automatic classification of scallops,the research process designs the corresponding classifica-tion system based on the computer vision technology.The color and contour features of scallops are taken as the basis of classifica-tion,and RGB color mode is used to collect single channel color information,successively through image filtering processing and bi-nary processing,and then edge detection and scallop measurement,and the classification is completed according to the equivalent circle diameter.The computer vision library OpenCV was used to realize the designed visual recognition algorithm,and 20 scallops were graded.The results showed that compared with the manual measurement,the accuracy of the computer vision classification system reached 95%,showing good practical value.
