摘要

旨在借助数据挖掘算法,同时设计调查问卷统计并分析大学生在理论知识、行为表现、学习培养、身心健康、组织参与和职业发展六个特征上的表现,利用数据挖掘算法构建大学生综合素质评价和学生画像.采用复合数据挖掘模型,成功实现对学生综合素质的精准预测,研究结果展示了各类别学生全方位的学生画像,深入剖析了不同水平学生的优势、劣势以及提升方向,特别强调了数据挖掘算法在大学生素质评价中的创新应用,为高校提供了全面、科学的素质管理工具具有重要的应用价值.

Abstract

This study aims to leverage data mining algorithms and simultaneously construct a survey questionnaire to collect data on the performance of university students in six dimensions:theoretical knowledge,behavioral performance,learning cultiva-tion,physical and mental health,organizational participation,and career development.The research employs a composite data min-ing model to achieve accurate predictions of students'comprehensive qualities.The results present comprehensive student profiles for each category,offering in-depth analyses of the strengths,weaknesses,and areas for improvement among students of different levels.The study particularly emphasizes the innovative application of data mining algorithms in the evaluation of university stu-dents'qualities,providing universities with a comprehensive and scientifically sound tool for quality management.
