摘要

在基于大数据的电子商务蓬勃发展的今天,受到云计算、大数据以及机器学习技术发展的影响,零售企业得以从多角度去做更多的在线业务的尝试和突破.其中,对于公共平台和自有电商平台用户分析及个性化推荐正在成为一个焦点.基于大数据的电商平台用户分析,对零售企业基于当前市场环境下所采用的典型的用户分析和个性化推荐的业务和技术解决方案进行研究.

Abstract

In today's booming e-commerce based on big data,influenced by the development of cloud computing,big data and machine learning technology,retail companies are able to do more online business attempts and breakthroughs from multiple perspectives.Among them,user analysis and personalized recommendation for public platforms and own e-commerce platforms are becoming a focus.Based on the user analysis of e-commerce platforms with big data,this paper researches the typical business and technical solutions of user analysis and personalized recommendation adopted by retail enterprises based on the current market en-vironment.
