Time bank is a new community home care model,which stores the service volume in the form of time coin,and pur-chases the corresponding service through time volunteer currency when there is a need in the future,which is an important explora-tion of the innovation of China's mutual aid pension model.Traditional time banks have problems such as scattered data,lack of fine authentication of participant identities,and opaque time storage records.In this regard,based on blockchain technology and the concept of"time bank",through blockchain technology,by means of smart contracts,the distributed,non-tamperable and trace-able characteristics,time banks and other ecological fields can be fused.The formulate rules that can realize business closed loops and new mutual assistance service platforms can also be designed so as to promote the development of national pension.
