College students'daily dormitory occupancy is closely related to their personal safety.However,due to various fac-tors,counselors cannot access the dormitory in real time to grasp students'accommodation conditions.The need to know students'sleeping conditions in time contradicts the situation that counselors cannot timely understand students'conditions due to time and space constraints.Therefore,based on SQL Server2019 and IntelliJ IDEA,the university dormitory check-in management system is developed,and the basic modules of the student module,the instructor module and the administrator module are designed respec-tively,and the normal use of these three types of users is realized.After system testing,it is proved that the functions of the system meet the needs of users and can be put into use.
