Research and design of legacy system data exchange based on multiple data sources
With the wave of smart campus construction, the integration of legacy systems with heterogeneous data sources has become increasingly prominent. These systems are often developed by different vendors and use diverse data formats and communi-cation protocols, which bring significant challenges to data exchange and integration. In order to solve this problem,a data ex-change scheme for legacy systems based on multiple data sources is proposed, which implements the connection of two databases by constructing a live interface for heterogeneous data exchange from multiple sources, selecting an adapted driver to interface with the data sources, converting the data structure of heterogeneous data sources into a customized target table structure, and enforcing synchronization policies to ensure the data is transferred accurately and without errors among heterogeneous data sources.Through experimental verification, the scheme is not only highly feasible and expandable, but also can realize data exchange of heteroge-neous data sources in a less intrusive way, which provides a strong technical support and practical reference for the in-depth devel-opment of the smart campus construction.
